Bella Vista Retirement Village provides a multitude of communal facilities enabling residents to enjoy a secure and fulfilled life where all their needs can be satisfied under one roof. Communal facilities on the second floor, to name only a few include:

GENERAL SERVICES COVERS FACILITIES IN THE TOWER BUILDING (FLOORS 3 TO 12)
CLEANING SERVICES
A cleaning service will be provided once a week. This service is included in the monthly levy.
REFUSE REMOVAL
Security will remove refuse on a daily basis. Residents can leave their dustbins in the corridor outside their units, from which point the security guard will empty the bins. This service is included in the monthly levy.
LAUNDRY FACILITY
A washing and ironing service is available at a cost of R5,50 (VAT inclusive) per kilogram. Alternatively there is a coin operated laundry facility available in the basement.
STORE ROOMS
Each floor will have store rooms available for rental by residents.

HEALTH CARE FACILITY
The Health Care Facility (50 beds) and the relevant facilities provided by the unit are managed and controlled by a private company. Any resident that would like to make use of the Health Care Facility must do so by entering into an agreement with the management company.

Bella Vista will be equipped with a 24-hour emergency service. Primary health care will initially be available at R60.00 per month. This service will include the following and is additional to the monthly levy: -
- Visit by health care personnel will occur 2 times per month.
- A 24-hour emergency service.
The developer will supply Bella Vista with a mini bus, which will belong to the Home Owners Association and also be managed by the Home Owners Association. The bus will be used to transport the residents to and from Shopping Centres, libraries, etc.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The following outside areas and deck areas will be available to the residents:
- The heated swimming pool and deck areas.
- The outdoor terrace and garden area with tables and chairs (this area will have two gas braais).

PARKING
Buyers of the units can apply for the use of a parking bay from the developer, at a rental of R195.00 (VAT incl) per month.

ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICES
The Administration and Management offices will be situated on the ground floor at reception.
AREAS THAT ARE RETAINED BY THE SELLER
The undercover area on the second floor (west of) the heated swimming pool deck area, as well as the former conference areas and the kitchen area, become a separate unit that belongs to the Seller.
